Benjamin Willoughby is the Pastry Chef and owner of Benjamin’s Patisserie. Benjamin graduated from California Culinary Academy in 1997. He attended the baking and pastry program. Benjamin has worked in private country club making hundreds of wonderful cakes and dessert. Benjamin’s Patisserie is a culmination of Benjamin’s culinary training, passion for food and the love for making people happy with cake.
